Welcome to Hotel Sunshine Resort. By reserving a room, completing an online check-in, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following terms and resort policies.
Check-In & Check-Out Timings
Standard Check-In time is 12:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Identity Proof Requirements
All primary guests and accompanying adults must present a valid original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at reception upon arrival.
Local couple ID rules and minimum age requirements (18+ years) apply as per hotel policy.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Advance payment deposits are required to confirm online reservations and walk-in bookings.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a refund as per standard policy. Non-refundable promotional rates are non-cancellable.
Property Rules & Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat resort property, rooms, and staff with respect. Any damage caused to resort property will be charged to the guest.
Management reserves the right of admission.
